This Victoria Plum preserve is made from a traditional English plum variety known for its rich, sweet-sharp flavour when cooked. Grown historically in the Vale of Evesham, these plums develop a deep, fruity character ideal for preserves.
Slow-cooked in small batches, it develops a smooth, glossy texture with a full-bodied finish. The natural balance of sweetness and tartness creates a bold yet well-rounded jam, offering a classic, heritage flavour with depth and intensity.
