Shipping & Handling
We take great care in preparing and packaging all glass jar products to ensure they arrive safely.
All orders are:
✔ Carefully wrapped and cushioned
✔ Packed using protective materials
✔ Shipped in reinforced packaging designed for fragile goods
Glass & Fragile Items
Our preserves and honey are supplied in glass jars, which require special handling during transit.
While we use industry-standard protective packaging, glass remains a fragile material.
Breakages in Transit
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged:
✔ Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Provide photographs of:
• Damaged item(s)
• Outer packaging
✔ Retain original packaging where possible
We will arrange:
✅ Replacement
✅ Refund
✅ Credit (where appropriate)
Delivery Responsibility
Once dispatched, parcels are handled by third-party carriers.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
❌ Delays caused by courier services
❌ Losses after confirmed delivery
❌ Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Returned or redirected parcels may incur additional shipping charges.
