This sweet chilli jam combines ripe red peppers and chillies with sugar and vinegar to create a perfectly balanced blend of sweetness and gentle heat. The result is a smooth, glossy preserve with a mild to medium warmth that enhances rather than overwhelms.

Serve with cheese boards, cold meats, or ploughman’s lunches, or spread in sandwiches and burgers. It’s excellent with cheese on toast, stirred into sauces, or used as a glaze to add sweet heat to savoury dishes.
