Rhubarb (36%), cider vinegar, onions, sultanas (SULPHITES), wholegrain MUSTARD, salt, ground ginger, black pepper, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cloves, coriander, sugar, cayenne pepper. Every jar is handmade here in our Cotswold jam kitchen, rated 5/5 for hygiene – it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. They're best refrigerated once opened.
