Beetroot (63%), white wine vinegar, salt, thyme, dried cloves, black pepper, sugar, dried bay leaves. Our award-winning preserves are handmade in a kitchen rated 5/5 for hygiene – but it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. Jars are best refrigerated once opened.
