These malt pickled onions are made with crisp, whole onions immersed in a rich malt vinegar brine, delivering a bold, tangy flavour with a traditional character. Infused with coriander, mustard, and warming spices, they offer depth and gentle aromatic warmth
Carefully prepared to retain their firm texture, they provide a satisfying crunch with every bite. The balance of sharp vinegar, subtle spice, and natural sweetness creates a well-rounded pickle, offering a classic yet flavourful addition to any table.

Malt vinegar (BARLEY), pickling onions (50%), MUSTARD seeds, black pepper, coriander seeds, sugar, dried bay leaves. Our award-winning preserves are handmade in a kitchen rated 5/5 for hygiene – but it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. Jars are best refrigerated once opened.
