This green tomato chutney is made with unripe green cherry tomatoes and onions, simmered with malt vinegar, brown sugar, and sultanas. A blend of warm spices including cayenne, black pepper, and cloves adds depth and gentle heat.
Slow-cooked to develop a thick, slightly chunky texture, it delivers a balance of tangy sharpness, mellow sweetness, and subtle spice. The result is a lively, flavourful chutney with a fresh, zesty character, offering a distinctive twist on traditional recipes.

Cherry tomatoes (30%) , red onion (30%), malt vinegar (BARLEY), brown sugar, sultanas (SULPHITES), garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper. Every jar is handmade here in our Cotswold jam kitchen, rated 5/5 for hygiene – it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. They're best refrigerated once opened.
