Bramley apples (27%), cranberries (18%), white wine vinegar, dates, clementines, onions, salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, dried cloves, sugar, cayenne pepper. Every jar is handmade here in our Cotswold jam kitchen, rated 5/5 for hygiene – it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. They're best refrigerated once opened.

Serve with mature cheddar, blue cheese, or cold meats, or add to sandwiches and ploughman’s lunches. It’s also excellent with roast pork or sausages, bringing a sweet, tangy depth to savoury dishes.
