This chuckleberry jam showcases a unique fruit—a hybrid of gooseberry, redcurrant, and blackcurrant—resulting in a distinctive sweet-sharp flavour with a rich, berry depth. The taste is bright and slightly tart, with a character reminiscent of blackcurrant.
Made in small batches, it develops a smooth, glossy texture with a lively, well-balanced finish. The combination of sweetness and tang creates a bold yet refreshing preserve, offering a distinctive alternative to more traditional berry jams.

Chuckleberries (60%), lemon juice, sugar, natural pectin. Every jar is handmade here in our Cotswold jam kitchen, rated 5/5 for hygiene – it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. They're best refrigerated once opened.

Spread on toast, croissants, or scones, or swirl into yogurt and porridge. It’s excellent in baking, layered into cakes, or paired with cheeses, adding a bright, tangy contrast to both sweet and savoury dishes.
