This Dauntsey Christmas Spiced Plum Preserve, a Taste of the West 2024 Gold Award winner, is made with Vale of Evesham plums, delivering a deep, naturally sweet flavour. Gently spiced with cinnamon and ginger, it offers a warm, festive character.
Slow-cooked in small batches, it develops a smooth, glossy texture with a balanced sweetness and subtle spice. The result is a rich, comforting preserve with a seasonal twist, combining traditional fruit flavours with a gentle aromatic warmth.

Plums (48%), ground ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, sugar, natural pectin. Every jar is handmade here in our Cotswold jam kitchen, rated 5/5 for hygiene – it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. They're best refrigerated once opened.
