Pickling onions (50%), balsamic vinegar, red chilli peppers, sugar, thyme. Our award-winning preserves are handmade in a kitchen rated 5/5 for hygiene – but it’s a busy place where nuts and other allergens are used. Jars are best refrigerated once opened.

Serve with cheese boards, especially cheddar or blue cheese, or alongside cold meats and charcuterie. It’s also excellent in sandwiches or as part of a ploughman’s, adding a rich, tangy depth and aromatic warmth.
